How does the session work?
Pay once, book your time, and join us on Discord and AnyDesk. We tune and test your PC live.
Is AnyDesk safe?
Yes. You remain in control: use your mouse and keyboard or disconnect at any time.
Will this cause anti-cheat problems or bans?
No. Our optimization does not bypass anti-cheat. We keep all required security features enabled.
Can the changes be undone?
Yes. We leave steps in your service report so you can undo the changes.
Will it work on my PC?
Yes. Desktops and laptops. If your PC is very low-end, ask us first; upgrading parts may be better value.
What if I do not see a big gain?
Most customers see a gain. If you don’t, we inspect your PC and game, then choose a suitable add-on at no extra charge to address the issue.
Do you offer refunds?
No refunds after a completed session: the tuning work and technician’s time have already been delivered.
Do I have to reinstall Windows?
No. We can optimize your current Windows or install XillyOS. You choose when booking.
What support do I get after the session?
Message us with questions: Core includes 7 days, Competitive 14. We usually redo accidental resets free during support. Deliberately resetting our work may require a charge, depending on the reason and what needs redoing.
