What a browser mouse test can measure
A browser can show how frequently pointer movement events arrive and how consistent their timing is. This can reveal unstable reporting or large gaps, but it is not a full hardware click-to-display latency measurement.

How to get a cleaner result
Use a desktop mouse, close heavy programs, keep the pointer inside the test area, and move continuously for the full test. Chrome or Edge can expose higher-frequency raw pointer updates on supported systems.
